Landscapes at Kew Gardens

James Bartholomew’s first photographic book was ‘The Magic of Kew’, an intimate portrait fo the famous botanical gardens, and the gardens’ first photographic book. He has since held numerous landscape workshops for Kew Gardens and also the English Gardening School at the Chelsea Physic Garden.

KEW Gardens

This Sunday workshop is designed for photographers with a working knowledge of their film or digital camera. Classes last four hours, and are limited to 6 per class. Cost includes entry to the gardens; do bring a packed lunch and appropriate attire.

Working as a group within the inspiring setting of Kew Gardens, we explore and work on various aspects of photographing in the landscape. Demonstrations on technique with a digital camera are followed by assignments for participants to practice these applications in a variety of settings.

KEW Gardens

Classes will not be cancelled due to rain.
