In partnership with The London School of Performing Arts, we would like to welcome you to your gateway into the film industry.

One Year Digital Filmmaking Diploma

Each year over 1000 students benefit from attending many of our short evening and day courses, our reputation is now firmly placed as the Uk's leading provider of film and media courses. To apply for the one-year Filmmking Diploma you will need to send us a covering letter of why you would like to study filmmaking with any supporting evidence. If successful, you will then be invited for an interview and if all goes well, a written offer of acceptance will be sent to you within 10 days.

Overseas students can apply in writing and will not need to come for an interview. A telephone interview will be conducted instead

Making your first 60 minute feature film requires expert advice and training, so choosing the best student for the job is how we decide.



The 'One-Year Filmmaking Diploma Course' will broaden your knowledge through practical workshops with professional filmmakers. You will experience the key areas of filmmaking: Script Development, Director?s Craft, Directing Actors, Camera and Lighting, Sound, Editing and Production Management. This course will develop and mature your filmmaking skills leading to the production of a 60 minute feature film.

One Year Digital Filmmaking Diploma

Of course you will produce several short movies along the way to practice your skills and to try out new ideas. Learn about the film business, distribution, marketing, legal and copyright issues.

You will finish the programme with an extensive set of skills, months of filmmaking in the studio and on location leading to a 60 Minute Feature Film shot on HD.
